The tool is free to use and there is nothing to buy here: no checkout runs on this site. If a downloadable exemption-interpretation report is ever offered, its price and its payment provider are named here before any purchase is possible, and its terms are set out in the terms of service.

3. What would change if affiliate links are added

If this site joins an affiliate or sponsorship programme in the future:

• Affiliate or sponsored links will be identified as such on the pages that carry them, with a disclosure adjacent to the link, in line with EU transparency rules (Directive 2005/29/EC) and applicable consumer-protection law.
• Such links will carry the rel="sponsored" attribute in line with Google's guidelines.
• This page will name the programmes involved.
• Where any third party may be compensated, that compensation would be paid by the seller and would not change the price you pay.
• A consent mechanism will be added if any future arrangement requires one.

4. Editorial independence

The checker's outputs (PASS / FAIL verdicts, candidate Annex III/IV exemption lookups, marking guidance) are produced from the cited regulations and versioned datasets. They are not influenced by any commercial relationship, present or future.
